Management is generally very good across the org for SEs. Even though the company can be cheap with certain things like events, marketing, and employee benefits, their pay structures are very good and they've never had a layoff in its history.

The Security Engineer role at Check Point has been a great fit for me. I find the work life balance very flexible, pay is on target with industry standards. I am not micromanaged, and have supportive leadership.

Overall experience is amazing. Checkpoint takes care of their employees. They listen to feedback and give countless opportunities if things aren’t going well. They don’t just send you away after a few bad months like most companies. Really a team family atmosphere.
