Very challenging for high performing reps to get the commission they deserve. Company is technology first which is great for the customer but have challenges with reporting and visibility and paying reps on time what they are owed.

Quotas are great the first year then they totally crush you the second year. Expectations are not realistic and the company has no way of dealing with fallout. We are way behind the bigger cybersecurity companies.
