Thank you for your review. We received valuable feedback from employees prior to fully rolling out this policy change. We ultimately did not remove our unlimited PTO policy for 1+ year employees, and we continue to operate under a responsible unlimited PTO policy for 1+ year employees. For those in their first year, our policy allows for 15 days. For reference, the average employee at Cherry takes about 15 PTO days per year, and a typical range is between 10-20 PTO days/year. While we believe this PTO policy is reasonable and generous, we don't believe this policy should be the primary reason to join us here at Cherry!
