I would be weary to join this company at this stage. Its growing quickly, and its a great product, but they are 3x the sales teams right now which means even less inbounds per person, more competition for accounts, and they expect the same output. Be prepared to cold call 90% of your day. And something they don't tell you in the interview process is that they are consumption based which means if you take time off you either have to work 10x harder to make up or you're screwed. Our accounts are also measured on health scores and you could have a $50k volume account and lose all the commission due to this health model. The leadership team's idea of work life balance is working 50 hour weeks and they change targets and comp structures every quarter so you never know what to expect. All in all I think a lot of top reps are starting to realize its not worth the stress. Especially when they keep making it harder and harder to meet our quotas.
