Current Employee The sales org is VERY selective with hiring - you have to be a top performer AND have lots of life accomplishments like top business school grads, athlete, military, etc. Every rep here is extremely talented, and culture is much more collaborative than competitive. Quota is challenging but still attainable - I've seen much messier orgs.
My suggestion to leadership: 1. you have all these talented people, so help them develop their careers beyond Cherry, and help members network in the industry & become more visible. This in return helps YOU become more visible and reputable.
2. Make it more incentivizing to exceed quotas, right now I'm not incentivized to go above 120%. 3. Hire more SDRs to help with outbound Browse Other Reviews
