Quotas here aren’t static. They evolve as we grow, and they’re meant to challenge us. That might not be for everyone, but I believe it’s something to value. We are disruptors in a space that has gone unchanged for too long, and that kind of work isn’t easy. I’m here because I want to be pushed, to grow, and to work on real problems that matter. If you’re looking for comfort or predictability, this probably isn’t the place. But if you want to be part of a team that’s changing an industry and rewards real impact, this is where you want to be.

The sales org is VERY selective with hiring - you have to be a top performer AND have lots of life accomplishments like top business school grads, athlete, military, etc. Every rep here is extremely talented, and culture is much more collaborative than competitive.
