Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Great company when I first started but it has gone downhill over time due to over-hiring, the macroeconomic climate, etc.
The product itself is great, but it is hard to see where this company will be long term.
SDR Management is great and there are people on the team who genuinely want to win and help develop your skills.
In my time at ChurnZero I never felt that there was a defined culture nor did I feel the presence of the Sales Leadership or the Executive team.
This may be due to the remote nature of ChurnZero, but I think that it's important to point out.
Overall, I think my personal experience here has been average at best. Nothing amazing, but not the worst place to work. I've still been able to grow in my role and develop my skills. I just think there's a lot of things that need to be fixed here.
