Recent major changes to comp plan and GTM strategy. Sales people all took massive pay cuts. Leadership seems disorganized. Good product but some org changes are necessary.

Would not recommend Darktrace...VERY challenging culture and the compensation was far lower than industry standard. Only paid out on 50% of commission up front and they require reps to wait another year to collect the second half.
