Organization is ran from the UK and they are disconnected with VPs in American sadly. Culture is horrible here as well they need create a better environment for sales reps to grind out.

Current Employee2.4Nov 20, 2023Very high pressure in terms of numbers/performing. closing new business is difficult here, I would say all reps that hit quota do mostly upsells - which involves having a bigger client list. You typically don’t get clients unless you’ve been here long enough.
