Darktrace is a company with a strong product fit for the market, and DT will continue to be successful in the era of AI (which we are in the infant stages of). Leadership tends to make turbulent changes to the way opportunities, territories and commission plans are distributed. That being said, I would recommend it to someone looking to get into tech sales as they have MEDPICC training among other valuable experience.

Great technology. Significant organizational issues that need to be addressed - mostly stemming from a lack of proper CRM and Analytics Platforms: questionable ‘data-driven’ leadership decisions, poor hiring, low deal velocity, poor visibility/ transparency into team workflows and more, all contributing to a culture of inequity and stagnation.
