Current Employee Poorly managed from the top down. Customer support is non existent in commercial, reps are left putting out fires while trying to make number.
Solutions engineers are overworked and rarely available to help you on calls. Company seems to be reverting back to their old ways with monthly and quarterly focus versus thinking longterm.
2 layoffs last 2 quarters, no talk of addressing issues with support. Product itself has hardware issues which are ignored that can cause you to lose deals.
Great job for entering into cybersecurity sales, but don’t stay long and look to exit after 2-3yrs tenure… if you can make it that long! Browse Other Reviews
