Overall, I had a net positive experience at Darktrace mainly as the PMF is there. Expensive product but delivers on value. Leadership and professional development have always lacked, so take that into consideration. Very much "fend for yourself" environment, which I wish were different. This is a 100% hunter role, so be prepared for that.

A lot of upper management is being hired and is making sweeping changes. Got hired when it was more of the wild west and now is making the transition into a "mature" organization. Get onto the enterprise team.

Darktrace is a company with a strong product fit for the market, and DT will continue to be successful in the era of AI (which we are in the infant stages of).
