Despite some of the negative reputation Darktrace has received in the past, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The work-life balance is strong, with 20 days PTO plus holidays, and the health benefits are excellent. Leadership within the Sales Engineering organization is genuinely supportive and committed to individual growth. While compensation and quota expectations could still be improved, the company has shown a clear effort to address these areas. There are plenty of opportunities for career growth and exposure across a wide range of cybersecurity domains. Overall, I would recommend Darktrace to anyone given the opportunity to join.

Commission structure is a lot of work for little pay and you are at the mercy of your AE.
