Current Employee Darktrace has invested tremendously in Salesforce, in training its employees, and in marketing this year. It has all helped the sales side, but CS doesn't have the benefits of the business transformations yet.
We'll get there. The bigger problem is that the comp plans this year don't actually encourage anyone to go above and beyond- they're all about risk mitigation in a time of change. Wish we could have had both, or at least had them on time. Hopefully they will get better about that.
