They tell a story but it is fiction! Ask them how many people make their number especially those that are hired in last 2 years. Ask them sales cycle they will say less than 9 months some say 7, but it is 18 month except for a few rare instances, ask them when did you start talking to customer and when a deal actually closed. If you want to make money, move on.

I worked at Dataiku for quite a long time. There are lots of great people there, and the product is second-to-none. If you want to actually hit your number, or get close, this is NOT the place right now. Realistically, less than 5% do and it's been that way for YEARS.
