Culture has changed a lot in recent years. Experienced sellers are coming to Dataiku and starving. Hardly any inbounds. Feels like the teams work against each other internally with metrics constantly changing. Nice people overall and a good base salary. Maybe 20% of reps hitting - that’s generous

Be prepared to hustle and drive your own New Logo Business. Qualified leads are few and far between. Don't even get me started on RFQ/RFI's ... They are nonexistent
