The bigger opportunity and GTM fit is way up market (Use cases, expenditure, skilled workers, etc.) Luck down market. Technical Persona Target. Training and onboarding are nearly all virtual (e-learning, videos, etc.) Very infant channel. BDR's are shared. SE's are shared behind a resource request. Lots of turnover across the board.
