Quota struggles: Most of the team is below quota, with many sales reps in Central Europe struggling for months, some even at 0%. Weak leadership: Management lacks real leadership skills. Some may have been good data scientists or engineers, but they don’t have the experience needed to lead a team. Strong product: The platform and products are high quality and well-regarded. Process over results: Management is more focused on following processes than actually understanding customers and driving revenue for investors.

Great product, Great people, Awful GTM pricing model Inbound flow is sporadic so you will hunt. If you are an AE its about hitting and crushing your number and no one does that here. No consumption pricing means you lose to Azure, Google, AWS, Databricks, etc. even though you have a superior product
