Former Employee2.9Sep 11, 2023I worked at Dataiku for quite a long time. There are lots of great people there, and the product is second-to-none. If you want to actually hit your number, or get close, this is NOT the place right now. Realistically, less than 5% do and it's been that way for YEARS.

While historical attainment for sales reps has not been great. The company has made intentional changes that I think will result in many more AEs achieving and exceeding their numbers. Sure, there are always outliers, top reps who make it happen, but a lot of that comes down to luck, internal sponsorship, and who you know (and how they feel about you).
