Great product market fit, good culture, good incentives, most people hitting quota

No sales training, no product training (outside of onboarding), no collaboration between product, sales, marketing. Poor leadership with some employees getting special treatment where the AE would do all the work, and then get the Team Lead to send a calendar invite which counted towards their target.
