Current Employee Eye Security’s product is very well aligned with market needs and is therefore relatively easy to sell. A particular highlight is the culture in the Netherlands: it is very pleasant, collaborative, and genuinely fun.
In Germany, however, the development has been more volatile. There have been frequent restructurings and, unfortunately, wrong decisions made at the management level. This has led to ups and downs, but the German market still offers high potential, which can be very promising with the right direction.
Some reviews mention a very harsh environment, even up to bullying. In my experience, this is not accurate. Certainly, there have been situations where the tone was a bit tougher, but always within reason and by no means comparable to actual bullying.
