Former Employee I have been working at the company for almost a year, and overall, I believe the product portfolio and offerings are very strong and well-positioned in the market. I particularly appreciated the Dutch management style, which I found open and constructive.
However, my experience working under the German management was less positive. I felt that the management lacked professionalism, transparency, and honesty. Instead of focusing on building alignment with the company’s culture and values, internal politics often took precedence.
During the interview process, many promises were made regarding support, structure, and processes, but unfortunately, these were not executed as expected. I missed integrity, transparency, accuracy, and clear communication from the sales management team.
