Current Employee My overall experience here was great. 60/40. Culture is live and well and the BDR manager is fantastic to work with! However, the company decided to make some switches that mirrors another company and is currently defeating the purpose of the original mission.
It is a great company to start with and it will make you better at cold-calling. It'll also really push you to hustle because of the high metrics that they are having BDRs do. It's doable, but it's too high and I can see about 2-4 reps that would be easily burnt out from their metrics.
Aside from the BDR Manager, "the leadership" team has been making all of us "try something different" when none of them ever cold called for the company.
