Former Employee ezCater was an incredible place to work until the leadership changes in 2024. The company let go of many high-performing, well-respected leaders across the C-Suite, VP, and director levels, leaving a noticeable impact. Since then, both morale and performance have declined, with damage that feels difficult to reverse. The once-strong culture of transparency and mutual respect has eroded. There’s some hope that the recent departures of the CEO and CRO in early 2025 could help the company realign and recover, but only time will tell.
