As a seller, be wary about pursuing opportunities here for at least the next year. Major lay offs on the retention team, complete restructure of roles and responsibilities in the sales org, and new, but unproven models have been established which make ezCater a volatile place to be at this time.

Lots of leadership changes over the past couple years. The company lacks direction and focus. Most of the talent that created the growth post covid has moved on, either by choice or by layoff. If they figure it out, it is a good market fit, but the leadership is questionable at best. The company doesn't seem to value sales, from the decisions it is making.
