Current Employee3.3Feb 27, 2025I have had an up and down experience in the sales team. I do get paid well but goals have been changing constantly lately, some are attainable, some are not. The culture here is pretty good, less than prior but overall I have no complaints.

The comp structure is very complicated and reps have no tools to see how they’re pacing to goals. If you’re looking for autonomy and an opportunity to level up skills, this isn’t the place anymore.
