Numerous variables factor in to this. While I’ve been grateful to continue to hit quotas and make money, the morale is broken and the trust in leadership is gone. Our people are treated like a replaceable number and the emphasis on growth and development, along with general emotional well being has disappeared. The sales org is only a portion of the company, yet we are the drivers that determine the “success” to those on top of the totem pole. It’s been really heart wrenching because it was once a place I felt truly lucky to be working at. Now, they’re damn lucky they still have some incredible people who are trying their best to make it through their days.
If you can tolerate daily change, the anxiety of unknown and lack of confidence in job security- you can still make good money. You have to hustle and nothing will be handed to you, but there are absolutely individuals who are making upwards of 2-300% of their OTE
