A desired solution and inspiring vision. Poor middle management and too many politics and culture of favouritism. Lack of trust. Chaotic and disorganized processes. Below average salary. Unrealistic OTE less then 5% of sales hitting target.

I would not recommend working at this company. The targets are always changing, and the pressure mounts, pushing teams to burst at the seams.
