While I was deeply aligned with Ezra’s mission and excited by the potential impact, my experience was ultimately disappointing. Leadership consistently overpromised and underdelivered, creating a culture of confusion, misalignment, and psychological unsafety. Support I was told I’d have never materialized, and expectations kept shifting without transparency. It made it difficult to succeed or feel valued.
