Current Employee My experience here is pretty great overall. My direct managers and mid managers have been excellent for helping me stay and grow in my current role. Upper management (VP up) are great people, and work well with us overall. Though they're not entirely in touch with what's going on in the day to day customer which can be difficult. It's important to take in the qualitative data that makes up the number data.
