It is a great company to work for, the base salary is a bit lower to other orgs I’ve worked for. I would say this is a very hands on organization, very much expect to have lots of work and be busy all day throughout the day with very clear and specific expectations. If you want to have flexibility in your day to day what you do I would not work here.

great comp and great company leadership. Biggest issue is that there is NO ramp period so you could end up going 3+ months at only base comp. Things tend to get very well after the first year and they give you a lot of room to work with, but sometimes thats not what people are looking for
