Current Employee4.4Feb 3, 2025great comp and great company leadership. Biggest issue is that there is NO ramp period so you could end up going 3+ months at only base comp. Things tend to get very well after the first year and they give you a lot of room to work with, but sometimes thats not what people are looking for
