Not worth it terrible culture of sacrificing your own mental health for the greater good of mental health. Pay is low. Mostly inbound though. More of a CSM job than a sales job.

After previosuly being at a very cold corporate org this has been a breath of fresh air. I love Headway and everyone here. They truly value everyone. Not sure how long it'll last but it's been a great run. Overall experience was decent. The startup culture presents challenges in navigating high growth, but the mission is an honorable one. More concise training on how to manage quota cases would be helpful, as you will spend a good amount of time ensuring you're compensated for your work throughout the role.
