Newer product still trying to find it’s best execution of value proposition. Current comp plan punishes reps heavily for the lack of product market fit with a claw back.

Afraid they’ve hired too many reps for scaling, but only time will tell. Product market fit is fine, but it is really difficult to get residential realtors to understand the concept of long term/brand marketing, so maybe it’s not fine. They are focused on leads only, which is not what we sell.

Run away. This company has quickly turned into a burn and churn organization. I wouldn't recommend anyone work for Homes.com in sales.

Costar is a very cut throat company. The product for Homes.com sucks. Its like selling air to realtors. It is supposed to generate leads but all it does is increase their visibility on our website.
