Run away. This company has quickly turned into a burn and churn organization. I wouldn't recommend anyone work for Homes.com in sales.

If you are a recent grad and live in the RVA area and want a sales job it can be an ok for for 9-18 months. Most do not hit quota and mobility is limited because the sales team has been built out.
