I would not recommend any seller to join this company unless you want to make your base salary for a year (if that) before you’re on the chopping block

Former Employee3.7Sep 29, 2023I worked at iCIMS during the “Golden Era” when offices were in Matawan. Was employee #100 and was on the rocketship to 400 or so when I left. Lots of inbound leads, lots of bell ringing and lots of late nights. Worked with probably the hardest working young sales professionals I will ever know.
