Former Employee3.0Aug 14, 2024Solid product suite and very good training. Good benefits. Good life work balance. Constant territory changes. Lots of favoritism. Terminations and promotions didn't align with results. Leadership was often overaggressive for the sake of quarterly quotas and customers knew to expect massive prices drops and extorted it at cost to the salesperson.
