Our vertical has a strong product on a global basis, however we have had a disastrous sales leadership over the last 5 years. Additionally, the product focus seems to be chasing what the most recent departing customers noted as failures, not creating a focus on product excellence and execution to deliver.

I think Infor has a great ERP solution. However, in my vertical everything was falling apart. Lots of clients leaving, very very hard to get in get in front of prospects because of the negative brand image of Infor when they went to the cloud and in some territories because of the parent company. Great team and leadership. Ramping period was great. Does a great job to be inclusive, the rating is just for steps for future improvement, but not in a negative light. They are doing something great there.
