I've been working at insightsoftware for 3+ years and it continues to improve. M&A creates challenge, but also opportunity. The culture is really forming, and was on full display at our recent SKO in Nashville.

Line management and business unit will define your experience. There are some very good VPs but many in sales leadership have little to no people management skills which leads to a higher than industry average rate of attrition.

Overall I've been very pleased with my decision to work at insightsoftware. The onboarding was best-in-class and the enablement set me up for success out of the gate. The compensation plan is competitive and rewards hard-work.
