My overall experience in this sales organization has been rewarding and fast paced, with clear goals, strong enablement, and supportive cross functional partners that helped me ramp quickly and hit targets. Consistent coaching, a collaborative team culture, and good access to product knowledge were key to my achievements. The main challenges came from shifting priorities and a competitive market, but regular feedback loops and adaptable leadership helped us refine messaging and stay focused on customer value.

The company is building out the sales org. Is untructured and trying to sort that. There’s strong emphasis on consultative selling and ROI-driven conversations. There is meaningful exposure to leadership, direct input into go-to-market strategy, and the chance to close large, transformational deals that make a real impact on the company’s growth trajectory.

The worst job I've ever had, and it's not close, and I worked at Lacework. I've never seen more people publicly humiliated for no reason other than to somehow boost Sri's ego. The founder doesn't have an ounce of business sense and refuses to take any guidance from outside his own head.
