The company is building out the sales org. Is untructured and trying to sort that. There’s strong emphasis on consultative selling and ROI-driven conversations. There is meaningful exposure to leadership, direct input into go-to-market strategy, and the chance to close large, transformational deals that make a real impact on the company’s growth trajectory.

The worst job I've ever had, and it's not close, and I worked at Lacework. I've never seen more people publicly humiliated for no reason other than to somehow boost Sri's ego. Nice product and customers, CEO is incredibly difficult which creates a very negative culture. Could see explosive growth if they stabilize strong senior leadership.
