The worst job I've ever had, and it's not close, and I worked at Lacework. I've never seen more people publicly humiliated for no reason other than to somehow boost Sri's ego. The founder doesn't have an ounce of business sense and refuses to take any guidance from outside his own head. The company is building out the sales org. Is untructured and trying to sort that. There’s strong emphasis on consultative selling and ROI-driven conversations. There is meaningful exposure to leadership, direct input into go-to-market strategy, and the chance to close large, transformational deals that make a real impact on the company’s growth trajectory.
