Overall experience is great as long as you are selling. I have been a top 1% seller and have had a good experience thus far. Currently things are shifting where accelerators have been drastically lowered. Concerned about OTE. Usually, I make around $130,000-150,000 but with changes I see a loss in about 30-40k per year with all of our changes to compensation.

Jamf is an incredible company and the sales organization is a great one to be a part of. Very supportive leadership and culture. While growth has slowed more recently, and there have been less opportunities for promotions, I would still highly recommend Jamf.

Some OK benefits (insurance, RSU), but continue to take away and decrease the biggest appeals. Mandated RTO, multiple layoffs/PIPs, lowest end base salary, decreased commission rates, slow (if any) adoption of feedback from employees. Many unknowns for the future.
