Good product that is well known and well regarded by users. Support has been an issue more recently with customers expressing displeasure with overall quality of support. There are opportunities for product improvement that aren't addressed. Pay tends to be lower than comparable companies for most sales roles. Benefits are fairly standard but good. RSU's and ESPP are offered. Culture is generally relaxed and work life balance is good.

Jamf has a solid MDM solution for Apple devices. They tried entering the security market with very little experienced leadership. There’s little to no market recognition, and even less go-to-market strategy on how to get there. They want each rep to sell security along with MDM , but it’s not welcomed by their customers. Quotas are fair for reps. Like other SAAS vendors, hitting quotas was challenging considering the macroeconomic challenges.
