Jamf has a solid MDM solution for Apple devices. They tried entering the security market with very little experienced leadership. There’s little to no market recognition, and even less go-to-market strategy on how to get there. They want each rep to sell security along with MDM , but it’s not welcomed by their customers. If you’re considering joining Jamf, I would warn you that selling security will be required. As I mentioned, this is very hard to do with inexperienced leadership and no marketing strategy. Kandji is also taking market share in the MDM side and Jamf is responding by making their products similar.

Some OK benefits (insurance, RSU), but continue to take away and decrease the biggest appeals. Mandated RTO, multiple layoffs/PIPs, lowest end base salary, decreased commission rates, slow (if any) adoption of feedback from employees. Many unknowns for the future.
