Current Employee3.7Jun 11, 2025Great 2 years in. Pay is good for my experience but some of my colleagues are not paid as well.
Current Employee3.9Jul 30, 2023Very nice culture, but base pay makes it hard to stay if that’s important to you. Leadership is fairly good but can sometimes be confusing on what’s important but ultimately set a lot of meetings and secure oops and your 1:1s are relatively short.

Former Employee3.9Jun 21, 2024Had a great experience but compensation was not competitive. Great culture and management.
Current Employee2.4Jan 27, 2024Current employee here. Culture has dramatically shifted for the worse since Deans departure as CEO. The compensation has always been low when compared to similar companies, the trade-off being that they promised never to do mass layoffs. Jamf just completed their first mass layoff, leaving the company with little left to make it competitive for employees.
