Current employee here. Culture has dramatically shifted for the worse since Deans departure as CEO. The compensation has always been low when compared to similar companies, the trade-off being that they promised never to do mass layoffs. Jamf just completed their first mass layoff, leaving the company with little left to make it competitive for employees.

Good product that is well known and well regarded by users. Support has been an issue more recently with customers expressing displeasure with overall quality of support. There are opportunities for product improvement that aren't addressed. Pay tends to be lower than comparable companies for most sales roles. Benefits are fairly standard but good.
