The company has been great to work for over the years. Great health benefits and RSUs if you stick around. Major changes have been happening internally that have employees fearful of job security. Company culture is not what it once was. Compensation isn't the worst, but it is behind other software companies. Mandatory 3 days in office starting in the fall.

My overall experience with JAMF has been very good. The compensation is competitive and aligns with industry standards. The product to Market fit is good. The culture is very inclusive and the people there are good people.

I have in the past wrote very nice things about Jamf and felt it was time to write another review. Jamf is not what it used to be and reps will start leaving the second the economy picks back up.
