The product(s) are great, however, Jamf has failed time and time again for compensating the sales org. to line up with market value. Minimal YoY promotions, and not much room for growth. At least the last 4 years.

Current Employee3.0Oct 16, 2025Some OK benefits (insurance, RSU), but continue to take away and decrease the biggest appeals. Mandated RTO, multiple layoffs/PIPs, lowest end base salary, decreased commission rates, slow (if any) adoption of feedback from employees. Many unknowns for the future.
