My Overall experience with jamf is that it is a great place for those looking for a healthy work life balance. The product(s) are great, however, Jamf has failed time and time again for compensating the sales org. to line up with market value. Minimal YoY promotions, and not much room for growth. At least the last 4 years.

Overall experience is great as long as you are selling. I have been a top 1% seller and have had a good experience thus far. Currently things are shifting where accelerators have been drastically lowered. Concerned about OTE. Usually, I make around $130,000-150,000 but with changes I see a loss in about 30-40k per year with all of our changes to compensation.
